Dragon Orb Slots
Chinese mythology is the main theme in Dragon Orb slots. It's a 10-payline slot game with two jackpots and a re-spin bonus feature. We tested it out to see if we felt it was worth it or not.
The Paytable
With 10 paylines, winning combinations don't hit as quickly as you might want. You need three or more matching symbols on one of the 10 paylines in order to win a prize.
- Scroll or Urn - 5, 10, or 25 coins
- Candles - 7, 15, or 70 coins
- Vase - 8, 20, or 50 coins
- Temple - 10, 25, or 60 coins
- Lotus Flower - 25, 60, or 120 coins
- Chinese Dragon - 50, 200, or 250 coins
Dragon Orb is a wild symbol. It's easily recognized as it's a giant dragon claw with a glowing orb centered in the palm. It helps form winning combinations, but it also triggers the bonus round.
The Bonus Features
When a Dragon Orb wild appears on the second, third, or fourth reels, it expands to fill the reels. When it does, you're awarded a re-spin, too.
Should at least one other Orb join the initial one, you win a second re-spin. This keeps going until you've filled each reel or no longer add other Orbs to the reels.
Two progressive jackpots are awarded randomly. If you're the winner, you'll see the message at the end of your spin. At the time of this slot game review, the jackpots were worth $256 for the Minor Jackpot and $1,006 for the Major Jackpot.
Getting Started
Before anything else, click on the icon for "Speed." This slows down or speeds up the reels. We prefer to have them spin at the fastest rate, so we always aim for three torches.
Next, how many paylines do you want to activate? This is a 10-payline game, so it's worthwhile just to activate all 10. Coin values range from a penny to $1, which leads to a $10 max bet. We opted for the max bet for our 10-spin slot test.
- 1st spin - Triggered a re-spin for $45 in winnings
- 4th spin - $20
That was it. We didn't have another lucky spin. Still, $65 returned from $100 in total bets wasn't bad.
Dragon Orb slots is a lot of fun, and it's easy to play. Set a wager that's within your comfort zone, set the reel speed, and start playing. You're welcome to play for fun if you want or go right to the cashier to deposit and play for real money.
